Coming soon to Longwood Performing Arts…Barre Fitness Classes!

Combining the principles of Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet this workout is designed to give you the long, lean, and sculpted muscles of a dancer! You’ll also enjoy increased flexibility, balance, and stamina through low-impact exercises. No dance experience required!

A 6 week session will begin in April. More information on schedules and rates to follow.
