In-Studio Recital 2019

Our In-Studio performances are a wonderful way for the younger dancers (ages 3-4) to experience performing, within the safe and comfortable environment of our studios. We provide seating for all parents, grandparents, and friends of our young performers.

Date: Saturday, May 11, 2019 Location: Longwood Performing Arts
633 West Cypress Street
Kennett Square, PA 19348

At Longwood Performing Arts, we have an In-Studio Recital for the Ballet/Tap 1 classes to introduce both you, the parents, and the students to what is involved in creating and participating in a performance.  It is a wonderful opportunity for young students to perform in front of an audience and learn what is expected for a performance.  All students at Longwood Performing Arts are urged to participate in the In-Studio Recital however, it is not mandatory.

Interested in Attending?

All In-Studio Recitals will be held at Longwood Performing Arts in Kennett Square, PA in Studio C.  There will be a short reception after each performance.  Students and guests are welcome to stay for refreshments.  See the schedule below for specific times.

Recital Costumes

In order to participate in the In-Studio Recital, the students must wear a costume.  The cost of the costume is $90.00.  You cannot participate in the In-Studio Recital without a costume.  A $45.00 deposit for each costume ordered is due by December 1, 2018.  The remaining balance ($45.00) is due by February 1, 2019.  This is a non-refundable deposit, as the costumes are paid in full when they are ordered.  Each student will be measured in November 2018 for his or her costume and the appropriate size will be ordered allowing for growth.  If a student is not measured in class for costumes by December 1, 2018, please contact the Studio Office at 610-444-6144.

At the In-Studio Recital, tickets are not required.  Due to room size we ask that you bring only 4 guests aside from the parents of the students.
